Client Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused CRM Executive with strong communication skills for international calling (Dubai). The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to international clients/customers, managing CRM data, and supporting customer engagement and retention initiatives. The ideal candidate should be proactive, persuasive, and capable of building lasting relationships with customers across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to international customers for lead conversion, follow-ups, and client engagement.

• Respond to incoming queries and provide timely solutions with a customer-centric approach.

• Maintain and update customer information accurately in the CRM system.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.

• Assist the sales/support team in nurturing leads and improving customer retention.

• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, marketing) for smooth service delivery.

• Prepare and maintain call records, reports, and performance trackers.

• Ensure all customer grievances are handled professionally and courteously.

• Stay updated with company products, services, and offers to communicate effectively with clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in international calling or customer service (1–3 years preferred).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone.

• Working knowledge of CRM software and call handling systems.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Comfortable working in different time zones as required (Dubai-Middle East)

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
