Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and organized CRM Assistant Manager with 2 months to 3 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer data, supporting CRM operations, and ensuring smooth communication between sales, marketing, and customer support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain CRM data accurately

• Track leads, customer interactions, and follow-ups

• Support sales and marketing teams with CRM reports and insights

• Ensure timely updates of customer records and pipelines

• Coordinate with internal teams for customer-related activities

• Help improve CRM processes and workflows

• Handle basic customer queries and escalations when required

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

• Good organizational and data management skills

• Strong communication and coordination abilities

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 months to 3 years of experience in CRM, sales support, or customer management

• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

• Team player with a positive attitude
