Job Title: Client Relationship & Sales Executive (Fresher) – Staffing & Recruitment

Location: Hyderabad- Jubilee Hills

Employment Type: Full-Time

Roles & Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
Schedule meetings with potential clients to understand their hiring and staffing requirements.
Present the company's staffing and workforce solutions to prospective customers.
Follow up with clients regularly to nurture relationships and identify new opportunities.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to understand candidate availability and client requirements.
Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and commercial documents.
Assist in preparing business reports, sales forecasts, and market research.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Confident personality with a positive attitude.
Basic understanding of sales and customer service principles.
Good negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms is an advantage.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, Engineering, or any related field.
MBA (Marketing/HR) freshers are encouraged to apply.
Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales, business development, customer support, or recruitment are eligible.
