Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Visa Counselor to join our dynamic team. The Visa Counselor will be responsible for guiding clients through the visa application process, ensuring timely and accurate submission of documents, and providing expert advice on visa requirements and procedures
. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients interested in immigration and visa services through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Immigration Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures to provide accurate and reliable information to clients.
Documentation Support: Assist clients with the preparation and submission of immigration applications, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business or referrals.
Coordination: Collaborate with legal and operational teams to ensure a seamless immigration process for clients.
Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with clients to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure a positive customer experience.
