Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships through regular communication and understanding of their needs.

• Develop and implement account strategies to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.

• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless service execution and client support.

• Monitor client performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

• Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess service performance and address any concerns or issues.

• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to better inform clients and enhance service offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience in client management or account management within the IT services or digital marketing sector.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in project management and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts effectively.

• Familiarity with MS Excel , google suite and other client management tools.
