We are looking for a Client Relationship Officer to manage client communication, build strong business relationships, understand customer requirements, and support the sales team in ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with existing and potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable product/service information.
Follow up with clients regarding quotations, orders, payments, deliveries, and enquiries.
Maintain regular communication with existing clients and build long-term relationships.
Coordinate with the sales, operations, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Handle client queries, concerns, and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate client information, follow-up records, and communication history in CRM/Excel.
Identify opportunities for repeat orders, upselling, and cross-selling.
Collect client feedback and share relevant information with the concerned team.
Achieve assigned follow-up, client engagement, and sales-related targets.
