Job Description

We are looking for a Female Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Silver Lining Xperiential. The role focuses on leading business acquisition across events, experiential marketing, and corporate merchandise, while building strong, long-term client relationships. The position offers ₹ 10,000 - ₹ 65,000 and Performance-based incentives & growth opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify new client opportunities in the market. Identify and acquire new corporate clients, brands, and institutional partners.
Build strong, professional relationships with marketing, HR, and procurement stakeholders.
Pitch corporate events, activations, and corporate merchandise solutions effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and industry connections.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 6+ years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals independently, and passion for events, brand experiences, marketing, and merchandising is required. Strong corporate network is a plus.
