Role Overview:

The Relationship Manager - Retail Sales will be the face of our brand, responsible for managing and enhancing the customer experience for walk-in clients at our store. This role is pivotal in maintaining our reputation for exceptional customer service and ensuring that each customer interaction reflects our brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing them with product information and recommendations tailored to their needs.

- Sales Management: Drive sales by understanding customer requirements and suggesting appropriate gift solutions from our premium range.

- Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

- Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to customers.

- Store Presentation: Ensure the store is well-presented, organized, and stocked with the latest products, maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising.

- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to inform product development and improve service delivery
