Role Overview:

Customer Experience Coordinator

We are looking for a presentable and courteous individual who will be the first point of contact for all walk-in customers. The role focuses on greeting guests, taking care of their basic needs and refreshments, managing enquiry details, and ensuring a seamless experience. This is not a sales role but an important support position to coordinate smooth customer interactions.

📍 Location: Ghumar Mandi , Near Fountain Chowk , Ludhiana

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

🕑 Immediate Joiner Preferred

Requirements:

•Female candidates preferred.

•Graduate (any stream).

•Basic knowledge of MS Excel for maintaining enquiry records.

•Well-groomed with a pleasant and approachable personality.

•Good communication and interpersonal skills.
