Client Relationship Manager

Position : Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – West UP.

Industry: Dairy (Ghee Focused Sales).
Location: West Uttar Pradesh (Reporting to Delhi Office).

• Reporting To: Delhi Head Office

• Experience Required: 10+ Years (Mandatory in Field Sales – Dairy/FMCG)

• Current Designation: Must be working as RSM

• Salary Budget: Up to ₹14 LPA

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Drive primary & secondary sales across West UP region

• Strong expertise in Ghee category sales (must-have)

• Manage distributors, super stockists & retail network

• Expand market penetration & appoint new distributors

• Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets

• Monitor competitor activities & implement market strategies

• Lead & manage field sales team

• Ensure strong relationship management with trade partners

• Regular market visits & reporting to Delhi HO.

✅ Candidate Profile:

• 10+ years of experience in Dairy / FMCG Field Sales

• Proven track record in Ghee Sales

• Currently working as Regional Sales Manager

• Strong distributor handling & team management skills

• Excellent leadership & communication skills

• Willing to travel extensively across West UP
