Membership Sales & Revenue Growth
Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and performance-driven Sales Executive to drive membership sales and contribute to the club’s revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential members, closing membership deals, and assisting in the execution of promotional campaigns. This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work in a goal-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Conversion
Maintain and track lead pipelines using CRM tools and follow up rigorously to ensure closures.
Participate in promotional events and outreach activities to generate quality leads.
Membership Sales & Revenue Targets
Proactively identify and approach potential members through various channels (walk-ins, calls, leads).
Present club membership offerings and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
Promote upselling of premium memberships and club services such as banquets, fitness, or events.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building
Conduct personalized club tours for prospective clients, highlighting key USPs.
Build lasting relationships with members to encourage referrals and renewals.
Maintain post-sales engagement to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in hospitality, fitness, lifestyle, or real estate sectors.
Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Result-oriented attitude with the ability to consistently meet and exceed targets.
