Job Responsibilities
Handle post-sales customer support and maintain strong customer relationships.
Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct regular customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and issue closure.
Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, Accounts, and Operations teams for smooth order execution.
Maintain customer records, follow-up trackers, and documentation using Excel/Google Sheets.
Respond to customer emails and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Track pending cases and ensure timely resolution.
Identify recurring customer issues and share improvement suggestions.
Ensure excellent customer experience and retention.
Required Skills
Strong verbal and written communication.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, Outlook/Gmail.
Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
Good problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Customer-centric approach with patience and professionalism.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred
Experience in Manufacturing, Trading, Distribution, FMCG, Paper, Packaging, or B2B industry is preferred.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
