Handle customer orders by receiving purchase orders and preparing proforma invoices.
Coordinate with the production team to check stock availability and ensure materials are ready on time.
Manage product dispatches and prepare required quality/test certificates.
Maintain and manage Salesforce, including user access, dashboards, and workflows.
Work closely with clients, sales teams, and finance departments to ensure smooth billing and payment follow-ups.
Support communication between different departments to keep operations running efficiently.
Train and assist sales teams in using Salesforce effectively for tracking leads and managing sales opportunities.
