Job Description

We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Lawmax Management Consultant Private Limited. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with clients, and achieving collection as per budget. Identifying leads, upsell, cross sell, and ensuring retainer client satisfaction & coordination between the teams will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹32,000 .

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and nurture relationships with key clients.
Resolve clients issues promptly and effectively.
Calling clients to generate new leads or webinars conducted for the office.
Inform clients about new services to boost sales.
Plan strategies with managers to enhance client satisfaction.
Expand the clients base through upselling and cross-selling.
Payment follow ups

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 4 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Computer Knowledge,Lead Generation,Convincing Skills,powerpoint presentation,client handling,MS Excel,google drive,english speaking,english writing is an added advantage.
