We are hiring for the position of Marketing & Client Servicing Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day client communication via email and phone
Prepare and maintain Excel reports using Swiggy and Zomato portals
Coordinate with internal teams and third-party aggregators to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth workflow
Track client performance and share daily/weekly/monthly excel reports
Maintain report summaries and performance insights

Requirements:

Advanced Excel knowledge
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
Candidate Should be a multitasker
Female candidates are preferred
