Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

• Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and support.

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery.

• Address client issues and ensure quick resolution.

• Conduct regular follow-ups, meetings, and feedback sessions.

• Prepare client reports, updates, and performance summaries.

• Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding client engagement.

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
