Job Description

Isha Immigration is looking for a confident, energetic and target-oriented Client Relationship Manager to join our growing team.

The candidate will be responsible for handling prospective clients, understanding their immigration requirements, explaining suitable overseas opportunities and converting qualified leads into clients.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Counsel clients regarding immigration, work permit, PR and visa services

• Understand client profiles and recommend suitable services

• Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp

• Convert leads into successful sales and achieve monthly targets

• Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients

• Coordinate with documentation and processing teams

• Maintain accurate client details and follow-ups in CRM

• Resolve client queries and provide timely updates

• Maintain daily sales and follow-up reports
