Job Summary:
Falgun Trading Corporation is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Relationship Executive with experience in accounts and billing. This dual-role position requires excellent interpersonal skills to maintain and develop client relationships, while also supporting day-to-day financial operations such as invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Duties:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Ensure prompt and professional responses to client queries and service requests.
Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Schedule and conduct regular follow-ups and client meetings (virtual or in-person).
Address and resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when needed.
Maintain accurate and updated records of all client interactions and transactions.
Accounting & Billing Duties:
Generate and issue sales invoices and delivery challans accurately.
Track accounts receivable and follow up on pending payments.
Assist in reconciling customer accounts and managing outstanding balances.
Maintain records for sales, returns, credit notes, and taxation compliance (e.g., GST).
Support preparation of monthly sales and collection reports.
Work with the finance team for ledger maintenance and audit compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in client servicing and basic accounting.
Working knowledge of Tally or other accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books, QuickBooks).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in billing and documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in trading, distribution, or B2B sales sectors.
Familiarity with GST invoicing and statutory accounting requirements in India.
