We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Relationship Executive to manage and enhance relationships with existing clients while supporting new business development. You’ll be the face of the company for our customers, ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with design, production, and delivery teams.

• Ensure timely updates and communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

• Handle client feedback, complaints, and service issues professionally and promptly.

• Upsell and cross-sell services based on client needs.

• Maintain accurate client records and reports using CRM tools.

• Support the business development team in converting leads into long-term accounts.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
