We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our team at at Gb Legal Associates. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding Trademark, Patent, Copyright, and Design registration services.
Explain basic IP services and process flow to prospective clients.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, references, LinkedIn, and online inquiries.
Schedule meetings and consultations for the legal/business development team.
Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing clients.
Coordinate with advocates and internal teams for client onboarding and documentation.
Maintain client databases, call records, and CRM updates.
Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
Send emails, proposals, quotations, and introductory messages to prospective clients.
Build strong client relationships and ensure professional communication at all times.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. 1–3 years’ experience in telecalling, client servicing, or sales, preferably in an IPR law firm, legal firm, consultancy, or service industry.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of Trademark, Patent, and Copyright services will be preferred.
Good knowledge of MS Office, email communication, and CRM handling.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
