Recruit and train distributors - Organize and run recruitment events for distributors - Continued training and motivating the team to drive ULIP business - Attend joint field work and help the distributors whenever needed - No need for IRDA or Mutual Fund exam. Direct empanelment. CTC - up to 7 LPA + 6l quarterly incentives Fixed BDA is up to INR 20000 depends on your target but fixed BDA INR 3500
