Client Serving Intern – Event Industry

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Serving Intern to join our dynamic team in the event industry. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day client coordination, maintain databases, and assist with professional communication and documentation. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client servicing and event execution.

💼 Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in maintaining and organizing client-related documents (digital and physical) for quick access.
• Communicate with internal teams and vendors to ensure alignment and clarity on client requirements.
• Prepare and update client presentations and proposals using MS PowerPoint.
• Maintain accurate data and event timelines in Excel sheets and trackers.
• Support the team in scheduling client calls, follow-ups, and updating records in MS Office tools.
• Assist in generating reports, event briefs, and status updates for client review.
• Uphold professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions.

📋 Job Requirements:
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass, preferably pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Mass Communication, or related field.
• 0.5 – 2 years of experience in internships or client-facing roles (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities in a fast-paced event environment.
• Interest in event planning, client interaction, and behind-the-scenes coordination.

💰 Stipend/Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
