Job Summary:

We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and executing targeted marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is a proactive, target-driven professional with a passion for sales, marketing, and brand promotion.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and revenue.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

• Present and pitch marketing services to potential clients.

• Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.

• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update CRM records.

• Willing to travel out of town for business meetings, client interactions, and events.

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.

• Plan and manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling marketing content.

• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or advertising.

• Candidates from an event or advertisement background will be preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and advertising trends.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Willingness to travel out of town as per business requirements.
