ABOUT THE JOB: We are hiring fresher's people to help our CVM(Customer Value Management) sales. Managing CVM campaings -- calls /emails for product offers,account reactivations, customer outreach for upselling/cross -selling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute outbound (via phone, SMS,email)

• Explain banking ,products/services clearly to customer

Handle customer queries,objections, and follow-up

• HSC(12TH PASS) WITH sales expereince

or Graduate (any stream)- freshers or experienced

SHIFT TIME:

9:0AM TO 6:0PM

WEEK OFF : SUNDAY FIXED OFF

keep a record of customers update

SALARY: FIXED RS 14,000 to 24,000
