Role Overview
We are looking for a relationship-focused professional to manage and grow business from existing clients. This is an inside role, involving both client communication and backend coordination.
Key Responsibilities
· Handle inquiries and orders from existing clients
· Build strong relationships and drive repeat business
· Prepare quotations, proforma invoices (PIs), and order updates
· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and dispatch
· Resolve client queries and share timely updates
· Maintain accurate reports and MIS
Requirements
· Graduate with 2+ years experience in CRM / Sales / Client Servicing
· Strong command over MS Excel (important) + proficiency in email communication
· Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to manage multiple clients efficiently
Knowledge of export business / automotive industry is a plus
