Job Description: CRM & Social Media Executive
We are looking for a dynamic and responsible CRM & Social Media Executive to join our team. The candidate will manage customer interactions, handle social media platforms, and support sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain CRM data and customer records
Handle all social media platforms (posting, responding, and engagement)
Coordinate with leads coming from social media for sales conversions
Follow-up with customers and provide timely responses
Support the sales team in achieving targets
Prepare basic reports on customer queries and lead status
Requirements:
