Client Relationship Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused, and proactive Client Relationship Executive to manage client relationships, understand customer requirements, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while supporting business growth through new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

• Communicate with clients through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings.

• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.

• Follow up with clients regularly regarding enquiries, orders, services, and payments.

• Handle client queries, concerns, and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.

• Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, Accounts, and Customer Support to meet client requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and transactions.

• Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling.

• Achieve assigned sales, customer retention, and relationship-management targets.

• Provide regular updates to management regarding client status and business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Any Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

• Previous experience in client relationship management, customer service, sales, or business development is preferred.

• Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills may also be considered.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
