Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Operations Intern to support day-to-day client coordination and operational execution. The candidate will assist in managing client requirements, tracking project updates, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the company.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, and eager to learn how client servicing and operations work in a fast-paced professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily client communication through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of client tasks and deliverables
Understand client requirements and document briefs clearly for internal teams
Maintain and update client records, task sheets, trackers, and reports
Follow up with teams for project status, pending tasks, approvals, and deadlines
Support managers in preparing client updates, reports, presentations, and meeting notes
Track project progress and ensure smooth workflow between clients and internal departments
Help resolve basic client queries and escalate important issues to the reporting manager
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and sharing minutes of meetings
Support client onboarding, documentation, and operational processes
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Operations, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good coordination and follow-up skills
Basic understanding of client servicing, operations, or project coordination
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
Self-motivated, responsible, and willing to learn
Comfortable working with internal teams and client-facing communication
