We are looking for a Client Acquisition Officer to join our team at JOB POINT CONSULTANCY. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and client referrals.
Approach HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Teams, Business Owners, and Decision Makers to introduce Job Point Consultancy's recruitment services.
Acquire new clients and develop long-term business relationships.
Schedule meetings (online/offline) with prospective clients to understand their hiring requirements.
Promote permanent recruitment, executive search, bulk hiring, and staffing solutions.
Prepare and share commercial proposals, agreements, and service presentations.
Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business deals.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of quality candidates.
