About SpaceSync Estates
SpaceSync Estates is a fast-growing real estate and construction company in Bengaluru. We develop and market Villas, Villa Plots, Apartments, Farmland, and also provide Construction & Interiors services. We are looking to expand through a strong channel partner network and need a Channel Sales Manager to drive it.
Key Responsibilities
1. Channel Partner Acquisition & Management
- Identify, onboard and manage channel partners, brokers, property consultants, and referral agents in South Bengaluru
- Build a strong network of 100+ active channel partners across Jigani, Anekal, Electronic City, and nearby areas
- Conduct regular partner meets, training sessions, and product updates
2. Sales & Revenue Generation
- Drive sales of Villas, Villa Plots, Apartments, Farmland, Construction & Interiors through channel partners
- Share new project launches, pricing, offers, and inventory with partners
- Track partner performance and ensure consistent lead flow and site visits
3. Support & Coordination
- Coordinate site visits for channel partners and their clients
- Resolve partner queries on pricing, payment plans, documentation, and commissions
- Ensure timely payout of brokerage/incentives to channel partners
- Work closely with In-house Sales, Marketing, and CRM team for lead allocation
4. Market & Reporting
- Achieve monthly sales and channel activation targets
- Analyze competitor projects and channel schemes in Jigani/Bengaluru market
- Maintain daily reports of partner meetings, closures, and pipeline in CRM/Excel
Must-Have Requirements
1. 2-5 years experience in Channel Sales in Real Estate. Direct sales experience with channel handling will be preferred
2. Strong existing network of brokers/channel partners in Bengaluru South is a big plus
3. Knowledge of Villa Plots, Apartments, Farmland, and Construction/Interiors sales process
4. Excellent negotiation, relationship building, and convincing skills
5. Good communication in Kannada, English, Hindi & other local languages
6. Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with field work
7. Own Two-Wheeler + Android Smartphone preferred for site visits
8. Graduate in any discipline
