/ We seek a goal-oriented channel sales executive to win, maintain, and expand all our partner relationships within the assigned territory. Your role will include supporting the company’s ongoing sales and growth opportunities by providing channel sales support to a region or portfolio of assigned partners or customers. You will also be required to work with the technical engineering team whenever a customer needs customized products or services. What is Channel Partners: Companies sell their products through channel partners. For example, the company will sell its products to channel partners, who will then sell them to clients/customers. Responsibility: 1-Channel Partner Management: • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand the company's reach in the market. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, providing support and ensuring their success. 2-Channel Sales Strategy: • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective channel sales strategies that align with overall business objectives. • Set targets and goals for channel partners and work towards achieving mutually agreed-upon sales quotas. 3-Training and Enablement: •Conduct training sessions for channel partners to ensure they are well-versed in the product or service offerings. •Provide necessary tools, resources, and marketing materials to enable partners to effectively sell products. 4-Market Analysis: •Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats in the channel sales space. •Provide feedback to the company on market conditions and potential adjustments to the channel strategy. 5-Channel Sales Support: •Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create promotional campaigns and sales materials that resonate with channel partners. •Act as a liaison between channel partners and internal teams to address any issues and ensure smooth communication. 6-Reporting and Analysis: •Prepare and present regular reports on channel sales performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement. •Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the channel sales landscape.
