Hiring for Sales Analyst, Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
● Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, referrals, events, and other outbound channels.
● Identify Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) across target industries and build account-based prospect lists.
● Research organizations and identify key decision-makers such as CXOs, Heads of Customer Support, Operations Heads, Contact Center Leaders, and Digital Transformation leaders.
● Conduct cold calls, outbound outreach, and prospecting activities to create sales opportunities.
● Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations and discovery meetings for the leadership team.
● Engage with prospects throughout the sales cycle and maintain regular follow-ups.
● Create and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
● Send personalized emails and outreach campaigns to prospective customers.
● Study industry trends, customer challenges, and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities.
● Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve lead generation and sales conversion.
● Maintain accurate records of activities, meetings, opportunities, and forecasts.
● Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and revenue targets.
● Represent GoodBox during customer meetings, webinars, networking events, and industry conferences.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● 3+ years of B2B sales, business development, or enterprise software sales experience.
● Experience in SaaS, AI, Contact Center, Customer Support, Voice Solutions, Telecom, or Technology sales is preferred.
● Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
● Proven experience in cold calling and outbound prospecting.
● Ability to engage and build relationships with senior decision-makers.
● Strong research and account-mapping skills.
● Self-driven, energetic, and target-oriented mindset.
● Excellent follow-up and pipeline management skills.
● Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools is preferred.
