Key Responsibilities:
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective channel management.
Develop and manage dealer/distributor networks within the assigned territory.
Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and influencers (interior contractors, carpenters).
Conduct regular market visits to monitor secondary sales and ensure product availability.
Execute promotional activities and ensure brand visibility in the market.
Ensure timely collections and adherence to credit policies.
Convert new leads and cold calls into long-term channel partners.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, logistics, and after-sales service.
Candidate Profile:
2+ years of experience in Channel Sales within Furniture Fittings , Edge Band , Laminate , Plywood , Paint , Adhesives , or Interior industries.
Strong understanding of dealer/distributor networks and local market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Good market knowledge and dealer network in Chennai region.
