✅ Key Responsibilities
Identify, contact, and build relationships with potential B2B clients (training partners, colleges, HR consultancies, placement firms, corporates)
Present and pitch Bhagirathi International’s training and development solutions
Negotiate terms and close sales deals with decision-makers (owners, directors, HR heads)
Maintain and update lead records using internal CRM/trackers
Collaborate with internal operations team for client onboarding and execution
Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets (incentive-driven role)
Represent the brand professionally in all communications

🎓 Qualifications
Graduate or Undergraduate (any stream)
Proven experience in B2B sales, telesales, or corporate business development preferred
Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (Bengali is a bonus)
Confident in cold calling, follow-ups, and closing deals
Must have a laptop/desktop and stable internet connection
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset

💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month (based on performance & experience)
