Key Responsibilities
Appoint and onboard new distributors in assigned territories
Manage and grow existing distributor networks
Drive primary and secondary sales through channel partners
Achieve sales targets and expand market coverage
Conduct distributor reviews and market visits
Implement sales schemes and resolve channel issues

Proven experience in distributor creation and channel management
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Proficiency in MS Excel/CRM tools
Qualification
