The Channel Sales Executive is responsible for managing and growing business through dealers and distributors only. This role focuses on dealer appointments, relationship management, order generation, and channel expansion rather than direct retail sales.
Visit existing dealers regularly and build strong relationships
Appoint new dealers and expand the dealer network
Generate sales orders through dealer partners
Support dealers with pricing, schemes, and promotions
Train dealers on products, features, and selling points
Collect market feedback, competitor activity, and demand trends
Ensure timely order processing, deliveries, and collections
Resolve dealer issues and coordinate with internal teams
Achieve monthly and quarterly channel sales targets
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
Ability to travel extensively
Understanding of channel sales and distribution models
Good communication and reporting skills
Basic CRM and MS Excel knowledge
bachelor’s degree preferred
