Channel Partner Executive

About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and relationship-focused Channel Partner Executive to strengthen and expand our network of real estate Channel Partners (CPs). The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new channel partners, nurturing existing relationships, generating business through the CP network, and supporting partners throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Partner Acquisition
Identify, approach, and onboard new Channel Partners, brokers, and real estate consultants.
Build a strong and active Channel Partner network in assigned locations.
Conduct regular meetings and presentations to introduce company projects.
Relationship Management
Maintain long-term relationships with existing Channel Partners.
Provide timely project updates, pricing, offers, and inventory information.
Resolve partner queries and ensure a seamless business experience.
Business Development
Generate qualified leads through the Channel Partner network.
Coordinate site visits and client meetings.
Support Channel Partners in closing deals and achieving sales targets.
Work closely with the Sales and CRM teams to ensure smooth execution.
Event & Partner Engagement
Organize Channel Partner Meets, project launches, and networking events.
Conduct training sessions to educate partners about new projects and sales strategies.
Encourage partner participation through regular engagement activities.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of Channel Partners, leads, site visits, and bookings.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
Track performance against assigned KPIs.
Key Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
Good negotiation and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of CRM software is preferred.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Channel Partner Management.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Experience
Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
Existing network of brokers or Channel Partners is preferred.
