About the Role

We are hiring Channel Executives for our Bengaluru Head Office to coordinate with distributors, dealers, and the sales team; monitor stock requirements; and provide market updates.

Very good communication skills in both English and Kannada are essential. Candidates should be confident in conversations, explain information clearly and be comfortable coordinating with different people.

Freshers and candidates with only internship experience are welcome to apply. Previous full-time experience is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Distributor and Dealer Coordination: Maintain regular communication with distributors and dealers, understand their requirements and support day-to-day channel operations.

• Stock Management: Monitor stock availability and coordinate distribution with the concerned teams.

• Market Visits: Visit markets and dealers to understand their concerns, customer requirements and competitor activities.

• Competitor Analysis: Compare competitor products, prices, features, schemes and availability, and prepare clear market reports.

• Daily Reporting: Share market feedback, dealer requirements and daily work updates with Head Office.

• Sales Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to address issues and support sales activities. Channel Executive JD

Candidate Requirements

• Very good spoken English and Kannada are required.

• Graduate / MBA preferred, with 0–4 years of experience.

• Freshers and candidates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.

• Confident, professional and comfortable interacting with dealers, distributors and internal teams.

• Good logical thinking, problem-solving, coordination and reporting skills.

• Willingness to visit markets and dealers as required.

• Previous exposure to the mobile industry, sales coordination, dealer/distributor management, or stock management is an advantage but not mandatory for freshers. Channel Executive JD

Working Hours and Benefits

Working Hours: 9:30 AM–6:30 PM
Benefit: Provident Fund (PF)
