About the Role

Taiso Fitness is looking for an experienced and highly driven Center Manager / Club Manager to take complete responsibility for the day-to-day operations, sales performance, member experience, team management, and overall profitability of the fitness center.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete day-to-day operations of the fitness center/club.

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales, fitness, front desk, and support teams.

• Drive membership sales, renewals, personal training, and revenue growth.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.

• Monitor lead generation, follow-ups, conversions, and member retention.

• Ensure exceptional member experience and resolve customer concerns professionally.

• Manage staff schedules, attendance, performance, discipline, and productivity.

• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

• Monitor club maintenance, cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and equipment standards.

• Control operational expenses and ensure efficient utilization of resources.

• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.

• Implement marketing and promotional activities to increase memberships.

• Maintain strong relationships with members and build a positive club culture.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and service standards.

Candidate Profile

• 5–10 years of proven experience as a Club Manager / Center Manager in a reputed gym, fitness center, health club, or wellness brand.

• Strong leadership and team-management skills.

• Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.

• Excellent knowledge of gym operations, membership sales, retention, and customer service.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

• Target-oriented, disciplined, energetic, and highly professional.

• Ability to independently manage a large fitness center and team.

• Strong understanding of P&L, operational costs, and business performance will be an advantage.
