The Centre Manager is responsible for the overall management, operations, and performance of the centre. This includes ensuring high-quality service delivery, achieving business targets, maintaining customer satisfaction, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the centre to ensure smooth functioning.
Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance.
Manage scheduling, logistics, and maintenance of the facility.
Ensure the centre meets all safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve enrolment or sales targets.
Promote the centre’s programs/services through marketing and outreach initiatives.
Identify local business opportunities and partnerships.
Monitor financial performance and prepare periodic reports.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and handle escalated issues effectively.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, parents, vendors, or members.
Conduct regular feedback sessions and implement improvements.
Recruit, train, and supervise centre staff to ensure performance excellence.
