Job Summary
The Centre Manager is responsible for the overall management, performance, and day-to-day operations of the centre. This role ensures high standards of service delivery, staff performance, customer satisfaction, financial control, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
Identify and generate new business opportunities
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and follow-ups with prospective clients
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business
Track leads, conversions, and sales performance
Marketing
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, promotions)
Manage social media platforms, website content, and online advertising
Develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs
Support brand positioning and visibility
Customer Engagement
Handle customer enquiries professionally and promptly
Collect feedback and identify opportunities for improvement
Represent the organization at events, exhibitions, or open days

Operations & Leadership
Oversee daily operations of the centre to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
Lead, motivate, and manage centre staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management

Customer & Stakeholder Management
Ensure excellent customer experience and address complaints or issues promptly
Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
Act as the main point of contact for centre-related enquiries
Financial & Administrative Management
Manage budgets, expenses, and revenue targets
Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports
Ensure accurate record-keeping and administrative processes
Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, health & safety standards, and safeguarding requirements
Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and inspections
Implement policies and procedures effectively
Performance & Growth
Set and monitor KPIs to achieve business and service goals
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and profitability
Support marketing, enrolment, or sales initiatives as required
