Job Description:
The Center Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the center, including team supervision, client coordination, appointment management, customer relations, and sales counselling. The role requires experience in slimming, beauty, or aesthetic treatments, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day center operations and team performance.
Lead, motivate, and monitor therapists, counsellors, and staff.
Coordinate with clients and ensure smooth service delivery.
Schedule and maintain client appointments and follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and satisfaction.
Counsel clients and clearly explain slimming, beauty, and aesthetic services
Drive sales, conversions, renewals, and achieve targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience in Slimming / Beauty / Aesthetic Treatments
Strong team management and counselling skills
Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities
