Center Manager

1. Oversee Academics & Faculty:
   Ensure classes run smoothly, syllabus is completed on time, and faculty perform well.

2. Manage Students & Discipline:
   Handle student concerns, attendance, and maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.

3. Lead the Centre Team:
   Supervise admin, front office, and faculty teams to ensure all departments work efficiently.

4. Support Admissions & Marketing:
   Help the admissions team during counselling, and support marketing events and student onboarding.

5. Report & Coordinate with HO:
   Share regular updates with the Head Office and ensure all activities follow institutional policies.
