Center Manager

Position: Centre Head – Beauty/clinics

Location: Delhi NCR (8 positions) & Bengaluru (10 positions)
Department: Clinic Operations
Experience: 6–10 years (with at least 3 years in a leadership role)
Industry Preference: Healthcare, Wellness, Beauty, Hospitality, or Retail Services

Compensation: 50-80KPM + very competitive incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and deliver clinic revenue and profitability targets.

• Drive sales through consultations, upselling, and cross-selling.

• Lead teams comprising Slimming Heads, Beauty Heads, Counselors, and support staff.

• Ensure operational excellence – service standards, hygiene, and compliance.

• Resolve client escalations and ensure high NPS & customer retention.

• Build local BTL activations & tie-ups for footfall generation.

• Provide timely MIS and reports to Regional/Zonal leadership.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate / MBA preferred.

• Strong sales and business acumen with proven ability to drive revenue.

• Excellent team leadership and people management skills.

• Strong client orientation with a customer-first approach.

• Comfortable with target-driven, fast-paced environments.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
