Job Summary:
We're looking for a dynamic Center Coordinator to lead business development, parent counseling, and administrative tasks. You'll drive growth, manage relationships, and ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
- Lead generation through tele-calling, follow-ups, and outreach
- Convert leads into admissions
- Build relationships with parents and guardians
2. Parent Counseling:
- Counsel parents on SIP Abacus programs and benefits
- Address queries, concerns, and feedback
- Ensure parent satisfaction and retention
3. Administration:
- Manage center operations, logistics, and inventory
- Coordinate with teams, parents, and stakeholders
- Maintain records, reports, and data analysis
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or administration
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
- Experience in education or ed-tech is a plus
- Computer Knowledge
