Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced EdTech Exam Counselor to engage with prospective students, provide career guidance, conduct virtual counseling sessions, and drive enrollments. The role requires strong sales skills, and a proven ability to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

 Guide prospective students from initial contact to the qualified stage over phone calls.

 Conduct virtual presentations of our products/services.

 Counsel prospects and convert them into successful enrollments.

 Generate revenue by achieving sales targets.

 Meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance metrics.

 Effectively use and maintain the CRM system.

 Handle headset-based calling with clearly defined KPIs and performance metrics.

Qualifications & Skills:

 Excellent communication and counselling skills

 Edtech sales experience is a must.

 Sales-oriented mindset with strong persuasion abilities.
