Job Title: Education Counsellor – Study Abroad & India Admissions

Role Summary:

Seeking a dynamic counsellor to guide students through the complete application process for both Study Abroad and Top Indian Universities, including profile building, subject guidance, and application documentation (LORs, SOPs, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students on Study Abroad applications (US, UK, Canada, Europe, etc.) and Indian university admissions (Ashoka, Shiv Nadar, DU, etc.).

• Assist in profile building through planning extracurriculars, internships, and academic projects.

• Guide students on subject selection and academic pathways aligned with career goals.

• Shortlist universities/programs based on profile, preferences, and requirements.

• Review and help draft/edit SOPs, LORs, essays, and resumes.

• Support students with standardized testing plans (SAT, IELTS, CUET, etc.).

• Coordinate timelines, ensure smooth application submission, and provide end-to-end process support.

• Maintain communication with students and parents; track progress via CRM or internal tools.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in education counselling (India & Abroad).

• Strong communication, editing, and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with Indian and global university systems.

• Ability to mentor students (Grades 9–12/UG) with empathy and structure.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
