Virtual Career Guide is looking for a smart female student recruiter (for overseas colleges and Universities/ Institutes)) . The role requires identifying eligible students , counselling and guiding them through , facilitating Application processing and other related works, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for convincing Parents & potential students, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential parents and students to generate leads and close the deal.

• Present and promote services to prospective people.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients .

• Counselling and guiding the parents and students on the best available career path.

• Stay informed on market trends and updated on International student fields.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th pass with at least one year experience in the related field. . Applicants be smart with strong communication skills, proficient in English, Hindi and Bengali languages; a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
