We are looking for a high-energy, empathetic, and results-driven Career Counselor to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for students and professionals looking to upskill in IT. Your goal is to understand their career aspirations, recommend the right technical training programs (such as Cloud, DevSecOps, or VDI), and guide them through the enrollment process to help them become "job-ready."
Key Responsibilities :
Student Counseling: Conduct one-on-one sessions (in-person and telephonic) to assess students' backgrounds and career goals.
Lead Conversion: Follow up on inbound inquiries from Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and WhatsApp leads to convert them into admissions.
Course Guidance: Provide detailed information about our curriculum, including live projects, certifications, and our 8-step placement-ready framework.
Relationship Management: Act as a mentor to students from enrollment through to their placement phase, ensuring they remain motivated.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on IT industry trends (Cloud Computing, Virtualization, etc.) to provide accurate career advice.
Collaboration: Work closely with the digital marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and with the placement cell to understand current hiring requirements.
