Career Counsellor

We are looking for a Career Counsellor to join our team to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries related to B2C Sales. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹40000 and opportunities for growth.

Job Description:

• Counsel students and parents on overseas education options (UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.)

• Conduct telephonic counselling (telesales) and convert enquiries into admissions

• Understand student profiles and recommend suitable courses, universities, and countries

• Guide students through the admission process including applications, documentation, and offers

• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and enrolled students

• Communicate confidently in English (verbal & written)

• Maintain CRM / student records and ensure high service standards

• Coordinate with internal teams and international partners

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Female candidate residing within 6 km of QEC Global office (Boisar/Palghar)

• Experience as an Overseas Study Counsellor preferred

• Telesales or tele-counselling experience is a strong advantage

• Excellent communication and counselling skills in English

• Student-centric, ethical, and result-oriented approach

• Ability to handle targets, follow-ups, and counselling pressure professionally

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate / Postgraduate (Education or relevant field preferred)

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in overseas education counselling (preferred)

• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply
